What's included in the Starter tier?

Up to 10 tracked coins, 60-second live spot price, 3 price alerts, and a basic IRA-ready PDF. Free forever, no credit card.

Can I try Collector for free?

Yes — 14-day trial, no credit card required. Cancel anytime during the trial and your data stays on the Starter tier. No surprise charge at day 15.

Which plan should I choose?

If you track fewer than 10 coins, Starter works. Most active coin owners land on Collector. IRA is for investors needing ongoing visibility across retirement holdings. Dealer / Custom covers businesses needing custom reporting or API access.

Can I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades and cancellations apply at the next billing date. There's no termination fee.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your portfolio drops to read-only at the end of the billing cycle. You can export everything as PDF or CSV before downgrade. We keep your account in cold storage for 12 months in case you reactivate.

How many coins can I track?

Starter: 10. Collector and higher: unlimited.

How does the sponsored membership work for dealers?

Coin dealers can sponsor a one-year Collector membership for their customers. The customer gets a real, independent FMV Gold account; the dealer gets co-branded onboarding. See sponsored consent flow.

What payment methods do you accept?

Stripe-backed Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, and Discover.

Are these prices going to change?

These are early-customer prices, locked in for the first 12 months for any account that subscribes before the cutover. We'll notify you 30 days in advance of any change.
